Sell online beyond your village, and keep all the takings

You give us the photos and the item list, we prepare the shop and hand it over ready, with the panel to run it. From then on you pay a fee that doesn’t change, like renting a market stall, and we take nothing from your sales.

Three ways to sell online

Whoever decides to sell online almost always faces two options. A ready-made platform, where you sign up, enter every item by hand, buy separately what’s missing and give away a slice of every sale. Or an agency that builds it from scratch, with a bill of several thousand euros and maintenance to pay every year.

My agency offers a third: we start from a system we’ve already built and made compliant. We do the setup: catalogue, shipping, VAT, pages, payments. It’s a job with its own written quote. After that there’s only the fee, tied to how many items you sell and not to how much you take.

It suits those selling all kinds of things: clothing, hardware, wine and local produce, books, herbs, homeware. And the craftsman selling what they make, or the showroom that wants people to browse the catalogue before visiting.

02

We upload the items

The catalogue is where almost everyone gets stuck. Two hundred items to enter one by one, with photo, text, sizes and price, means weeks of lost evenings. And at the first price-list change, you start all over again.

What you already have is enough for us: a folder of photos and a product list, in Excel, CSV or exported from the till software. The program we wrote works out on its own what the columns are called, even «Descrizione», «Codice» or «Prezzo al pubblico», reads prices with decimal commas, stitches together descriptions broken across lines and matches each photo to its item, by code or by name.

If something doesn’t add up, we don’t guess. An orphan photo, a blank row, an unreadable price go into a separate list, and we sort them out together before opening.

If you already sell on WooCommerce, PrestaShop or Shopify, the file those platforms export is all we need: the items move over without being re-entered.

A rent, not a percentage

The shop under the arcades pays rent, and no landlord asks for a share of the takings. Online, though, it has become the norm: the big marketplaces keep a cut of every sale, some platforms add a charge if you take payments through a system other than theirs, and add-ons are paid separately.

With us, the shop is yours. Buyers pay with PayPal or card, and the money goes straight into your account: we don’t touch it. You pay us the fee, always the same: if you sell twice as much, it doesn’t change.

What shoppers find

Every item has its own page, built to be found on Google and shared on WhatsApp: photos, price, sizes and colours, features, availability. Below, items from the same family, for those still looking.

On the home page, the shop rotates by itself the items that haven’t sold for a few weeks. Often they’re not expensive: nobody has seen them. So, one after another, they all get shown without you having to choose them.

Anyone who closes the page finds their basket when they come back, even the next day. They pay without leaving the page and without having to register.

Sales and struck-through prices, as the law requires

Discounts work as in the shop: you can discount a single item, from one date to another, or the whole shop during the sales or for a weekend. If both apply, the item’s discount counts: a 40% inside a 20%-off shop stays 40%, and doesn’t become 52% by mistake.

The European discount rules, the Omnibus directive, state that the price to strike through is the lowest reached in the previous thirty days, not a made-up figure. The shop remembers past prices by itself and strikes through the right one: you choose the discount, it takes care of the rest.

The price is calculated in one place and appears identical everywhere: in the list, on the product card, in the basket and in the data Google reads.

Shipping your way

Courier and packaging are your business. The shop just calculates what the customer pays, with three settings: how much shipping costs, above what amount it becomes free, and whether it can be collected in store.

Next to the cost we show you what it really costs to ship a small box within Italy, with and without a courier contract. At the start it’s a sum people often get wrong, losing something on every order.

What the customer sees at the bottom of the basket, shipping included, is what you receive, to the cent.

07

VAT, flat-rate scheme and invoices

Buyers see prices with VAT already included, as the law requires. Each item carries its own rate (22, 10, 5 or 4%), and in orders the tax is already separated from the rest, ready for your accountant.

Under the Italian flat-rate scheme you just flip a switch: VAT disappears from the shop front, the orders and the panel.

  • 4% rate

08

Stock and barcodes

Each item has a number, the stock level. If you make to order you leave it blank and sell as many as you like; if you use it, when it hits zero the item stays in the shop with the label «sold out», because someone may already have shared it.

You correct it with your phone: point at the barcode, the item opens and with two taps you add or remove. Online sales deduct it on their own.

Do you also sell in the shop and want a single stock count, where the item sold at the counter also disappears from the website? That’s what the business software.

Orders, from payment to parcel

Payment happens inside the page, by PayPal or card, and the order reaches you already paid, with the address. The buyer gets an email with what they bought, the total, where the parcel will arrive and the fourteen days to change their mind; you get one with the part of the takings that goes to shipping.

An order is paid or shipped, nothing more. When the parcel leaves you press a button, and the customer knows.

10

Shop rules and returns

The terms of sale write themselves from your details: who you are, prices, shipping, payment methods, the fourteen-day withdrawal period, the two-year guarantee, how to make a complaint.

From 2026 every online shop must offer a clear way to withdraw, in two steps and with a receipt sent by email. In your shop it’s already there: the buyer fills in the form, confirms it, gets the receipt, and you get a notice with their address so you can reply.

Fast, and Google understands it

The pages are ready before anyone asks for them, and they come from servers spread across Europe: they open instantly even up the valley, on a phone. A slow shop drives customers away; a fast one sells more, and Google notices.

Every item carries the information Google uses to show price and availability right in the results, and every page speaks with the words people actually use to search.

13

How much it costs

The fee depends on how many items you sell, but each extra item costs less than the one before. There are no tiers: adding an item costs a few cents a month, and keeping them all pays off.

For Christmas, the sales or a season you can add a group of items for 15, 30 or 45 days, and pay only for those days. When it expires, the items stay in the panel for the following year.

The fee pays for the shop. The setup — catalogue, photos, settings, moving from another platform and training — is paid separately according to the quote, and the same goes for the domain.

With more than 2,000 items we design the shop specifically for you, and we write you the price.

On the prices page you’ll find the fee for every catalogue size, with the calculator.

Who it’s for

For those who want to sell to people who never walk past the shop window too: in the province, in Piedmont, all over Italy. For the craftsman selling what they make, for those whose catalogue sits in the till software and has never gone online, for those with an online shop that breaks at every update.

It works for those with a few sought-after pieces as well as for those with two thousand: the fee grows with the catalogue.

15

How we work

First we talk, on the phone or over a coffee in Busca: you tell us how many items you have and where you keep them. Then we send you in writing the setup cost and the fee, and if you’re in the province we come and explain it. If it’s fine we sign, you give us photos and list, we prepare the shop, you try it before it goes live and tell us what to change. Then we connect PayPal, and off we go.

01

Let’s talk

A phone call, or a coffee at the office in Busca: you tell us about your day and where it gets stuck. No commitment.

02

We write you the quote

We study your catalogue and put in writing the setup cost and the yearly fee.

03

We go through it together

In the province of Cuneo we come to you and go over it at your table; outside the province, by video call.

04

We sign

If you’re convinced, we sign and get started.

05

You give us photos and list

The photos in a folder and the list of items.

06

We prepare it, and off we go

You try it before it’s public, we connect PayPal and it opens.

Questions about the online shop

How much does an online shop cost?

Two items. The shop fee, yearly and divisible into twelve months, which depends on how many items you have: you can work it out on this page. And the setup, catalogue and settings, with a separate quote. We take nothing from sales.

Who enters the items?

We do. You send us the photos in a folder and the list of items, and we upload them. It’s a separate job from the fee, with its own quote.

Do you take a share of what I sell?

No. The money goes into your account; we only get the fee.

I already sell on WooCommerce, PrestaShop or Shopify: can I move to you?

Yes. The file your platform exports is all we need, and the items move over without being re-entered.

I’m on the flat-rate scheme: is that fine?

Yes, a switch removes VAT from the shop front and orders.

Who decides how much shipping costs?

You do: the price, free shipping above an amount, in-store collection. The courier is your choice too.

Does it follow the rules on sales and returns?

Yes. The terms of sale, the withdrawal form with receipt and the price memory for discounts are already built in.

How long does it take to open?

It depends on how many items you have and how tidy your files are. We write it in the quote, after we’ve talked.
