Website and business software for a monthly fee: use them straight away, and in the end they’re yours
You sign with a fifth of the price and pay the rest as a monthly fee over 4 or 6 years, always the same. The fee covers the server, security and the changes you ask us for. When the contract ends, you owe nothing to anyone.

How it works, in two lines
We write your website and, if needed, the software that makes it work: bookings, quotes, stock, customers. You don’t pay for it all at once: you pay a fifth when we sign, then a fixed fee every month.
It’s like a leased car, with one difference that matters: at the end you don’t give it back. It stays yours.

Why not just buy it
You can. But a website isn’t a piece of furniture: it has to be kept online, updated and changed when opening hours and prices change. Whoever pays for it all up front then pays separately for every job. Whoever rents it from a subscription platform will never own it. Rent to buy sits in between.

The numbers on a €6,000 project
On €6,000 you sign with €1,200. The remaining €4,800 becomes a monthly fee, over 48 months or 72, your choice.
There’s no interest. In the end you’ll have paid more than the quote: the difference is what it costs to have us at your disposal for 4 or 6 years, for the server, updates and changes.

What the fee pays for
Every month you pay what it takes to keep the website online, secure and up to date, until the end of the contract.
Hosting
The website and the software stay online, and we handle every release.
Security
Updates and checks, for as long as the contract lasts.
Support
If something’s wrong you call us, and we fix it.
Changes
Opening hours, a price, a photo, this week’s menu: you write to us and we change it.
The domain
It’s in your name from the day you sign.
What if tomorrow you need more?
The quote already states what an extra page costs. You’ve already paid for the bulk of the work, so it costs little.
The same goes for the business software features you don’t use today: they’re already in the panel, switched off. When you need them we switch them on, at the price written on day one.
Those prices stay fixed for the whole contract, you only pay them when you use them, and they don’t change the monthly fee.

Want to finish early?
Whenever you like: you pay what’s left of the price and the website is yours. You used the support in the past months, and it stays paid.
Each fee splits in two: one part pays for the website, the other for support. On €6,000, with the 4-year contract €100 goes to the website and €33 to support; with the 6-year one, €67 to the website and €33 to support.

When the contract ends
The website and the software are yours, with the code and the data. From there, you decide.
While the contract lasts, support costs less than it will afterwards. That’s why whoever finishes early has already paid, month after month, more towards the website than towards support.
You stay with us
You only pay for support: a tenth of the quote per year, already written in the contract. On the €6,000 project, €50 a month.
You take it with you
We hand over code and data and help you move it wherever you like.

Questions about rent to buy
Is there any interest?
No. What you pay on top of the quote is the support for those years: server, updates, releases and changes.
What’s included in the monthly fee?
The server, security, support and content changes: opening hours, prices, text, photos. You ask us for them by email.
Does it also apply to the online shop?
No. Rent to buy applies to the website and the business software, together or separately. The online shop works with a fixed fee and no percentage on sales.
What if I want to finish early?
You pay what’s left of the price, whenever you like. The support already used isn’t lost.
And when the contract ends?
Website and business software are yours. You can stay with my agency paying only for support, a tenth of the quote per year, or we hand everything over and help you move it.
Who owns the domain?
You do, registered in your name from the day you sign.
Does the Region’s voucher come into it?
The 2026 SME Digitalisation Voucher opens on 22 October. It’s a different route: in the quote we put the voucher and rent to buy side by side, with the numbers.
